Current Class Descriptions

Group classes are taught as a practice and are for all levels.

YOGA FLOW classes are for students with some general knowledge of yoga. Class moves through asanas in a series that will strengthen and lengthen your body and mind. No two classes are ever the same. 

SLOW FLOW  moves at a slower pace with more emphasis on stretch. Use of foam rollers and longer yin style holds can be expected.

SWEAT  is a fast paced class with powerful yoga flows and series with light weights. Come prepared to sweat, move and laugh!

Students who are new to yoga are encouraged to set up a private session to ensure a safer and more productive class experience.

8:45am   Yoga Flow

Call or email for Private Yoga Sessions. Private sessions are available 6 days a week (no classes on Saturdays)

  1. Hey caren. I’m a dance teacher and DJ. I spoke to you at la fitness sandy springs last week. I think your class was fantastic. How much is it for private or semi private. What about a group? I wrote a health food blog and am thinking of creative ways to get many involved but also interested in private. Thanks!

    1. Hi-
      Yes I remember you! Privates at my home studio are $60/hour. If I come to you it’s $75/hour. I am happy to let up to three people share a ‘private’ for that same rate. If you commit to a package my rates go down ten dollars/hour. Groups- it really depends! Thanks for reaching out.
