Group classes are taught as a practice and are for all levels.
YOGA FLOW classes are for students with some general knowledge of yoga. Class moves through asanas in a series that will strengthen and lengthen your body and mind. No two classes are ever the same.
SLOW FLOW moves at a slower pace with more emphasis on stretch. Use of foam rollers and longer yin style holds can be expected.
SWEAT is a fast paced class with powerful yoga flows and series with light weights. Come prepared to sweat, move and laugh!
Students who are new to yoga are encouraged to set up a private session to ensure a safer and more productive class experience.
