Get out of the cold and into the warm studio. Or maybe today its get out of the warm into the cooler studio. With our crazy weather who knows what you will find outside! One thing I do know is what you will find inside. My yoga classes always offer a warm, inviting place for you to learn, grown and challenge yourself.
