As the days get busier and the air gets colder, fitness can fall off your schedule. While it is wonderful to take the time celebrate with family and friends, don’t let your health suffer and as your celebrations and obligations increase. If you feel the need to slow down, consider taking a gentle yoga class. Gentle yoga will still work your body, while giving peace to your mind. This a great compliment to a busy life or a busy work out schedule.
